Refund Policy
A request for conference registration cancellation or refund must be made by email to Treasurer Joshua Whitlock at whitlocj@mail.etsu.edu on or before July 29, 2022. Requests received after the deadline are not eligible for refund or forgiveness of amount due. Registrants who do not attend the conference (“no show”) without cancellation notification to the Treasurer via email by the deadline are not eligible for refund or forgiveness of the amount due. The $25 membership portion of registration is non-refundable.
